Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service-related updates, and occasional marketing messages to individuals who contact SparkTrail Marketing LLC through our website at https://sparktrailmarketing.com, via our contact forms, or through other approved opt-in methods, and who have explicitly consented to receive SMS communications. Opt-in is collected through web forms with dedicated SMS consent checkboxes. Messages may include consultation follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
